Shoreline QR Paddle Belt - Safety meets convenience
The quick release SUP paddle belt is quickly becoming standard equipment in the push to make SUP even safer. So in typical Squid fashion, we designed ours with dual purpose.
The Shoreline PB has a rear attachment point for either a traditional ankle leash or a Quick SUP leash. By attaching the leash to your waist, it stays out of the water, so it reduces the risk of having it catch on a snag, a risk that’s more pronounced in moving water. As an added layer of safety, the quick release allows the entire waist belt to be removed with one hand in the event of an emergency.

Attaching your ankle leash to the Paddle Belt is safer because it stays out of the water and away from snags.
Ours has webbing that’s compatible with any leash system - either a standard ankle leash or Quick SUP leash.
The QR Paddle Belt has standard MOLLE webbing that’s compatible with our Submersible Hip Pack. The leash webbing is asymmetric so so you can wear both the leash and the Hip Pack and paddle freely without interference.
The quick release (yellow bobble) allows the entire waist belt to be removed with one hand in the event of an emergency.
Purchase the QR Paddle Belt on its own, or purchase the Shoreline Skeleton - the QR Paddle Belt is removable and doubles as a waist belt for the SK.

Bluesign Certified Recycled Nylon - Our fabrics are made from Bluesign Certified recycled nylon yarns that are woven and custom dyed for Squid - 1050D ballistic nylon weave for abrasion resistance and toughness and 420D nylon weave where more pliability is required.
